Cases in Waipukurau Court (From Our Own Correspondent). WAIPUKURAU, Last Night. For tlriving a motor-car along - the Napier-Pabnerston Nortli main highway at night without proper ligkts, Garileld Albert Fairweather was convicted and iined 10/-, without costs, by Mr. J. Miller, S.M., in the Waipukurau Magistrate's Court to-day. i James Stewart Begg Somerville was fined £1, with costs 10/-, for driving a car while liot possessing a driver's licence. Daniel Butler, of Waipawa, for allowing his car to stand on the off-side of a stationary car, was convicted and iined 10/- without costs. Tkese three prosecutions wore brought by tbe Main Higlrways ofiicer, Mr. J. H. R. Semple.
