The story^ is that of a girl who is swept off her feet by the attentions of a smooth-tohqued adventurer, who is| seeking the wealthiest financial match he can find. But the girl, played by Miss Hudsou, discovers the character the man just as she is about to break her engagement with Cheeter MorriB, She rushes the wedding witb Morris and then in a dramatio sceue reveals her love for the adventurer. When Morris discovers that he has married a girl who lovee another man, he doesn't kill her or the other man, He does nothing that the ordinary chap would do. But liow he punishes her!
