Fjvq French Cabinet Monsters listened to the German Minister of Natipnal Eeonemy, Dr, Hjalmar Schaeht's speech at the opening of the Gefman pavilion at the Paris Exhibition. After gromising supporfc for improved relations betweqn France and Germany, Dr. Schacht voiced Germany's demand fqr colonies, saying that Germany's aims were often misunderstood becausq the fundamental ejement qf German life wais insuffjciently appreciated.
