BIBLE CLASSES
Waipawa Entertain Waipukurau (From Our Own Correspondent). WAIPAWA, Last Night. thteffle ,fnj°^able social wus held in the pddf ellows Hall, Waipawa, last evening, when the members of the Waipukurau Presbyterian Bible Class were the guests of the combined Waipawa classes. The time passed quickly with games and competitions, items also being contributed by Miss J. Furminger and Mr. J. Wyllie (pianoforte duet), Mr. D. Chalmers (violin solo), Misses B. Kingseon and J. Furmingcr (pianoforte duet). The members of tlio Waipawa Girls' Bible Class presented a very amusing cliarade, while a gynjnastic display was given by Mr. D. Chalmers and the members of the Boys7 Class. Competitions were won by Miss Wiggins and Miss Hutehiuson. Mr. Chalmers, on behalf of the' Waipawa classes, extended a hearty welcome to the visitors, thanks being re-. turned by Mr. Milne, who invited the Waipawa members to attend a socinl at Waipukurau on July 30. A very dainty supper was provided, and a happy evening closed with the singing of "Auld Lang Syne."
