LONDON, April 26. Wives of West Ham speedway riders have received intructioue from manager Johnnie Hoskins on how to keep their husbands physically fit. Johnnie asks tho wives to see that his stars have: afternoon naps on race days, followed by deck tennis or tablc tennis to brighten them up; plenty of under-cooked meat; lots of sleep. Book on diet and phyical culture are •provided to assist the wives.
