"Leafmore" Realisations Williams and Kettle, Ltd., report having held yesterday a most successful ciearing sale on the property of Mr E. .Vance, "Leafmore," Havelock North. All the cows, peddgree and grades were mostly .due during Jnly, August and September, and there was a complete clearance of all stock and sundries. Pigs: 1 Berkshire boar 3gns., 1 8-mth pedigree sow 3|gns., 1 at 4-Jgns. Shcep: 204 2th and 5-yr ewes 25/1, 38 2th wethers 21/8, '30 ewes 11/8, 78 wether lambs 15/-. Hay: 1 stack new season's lucerne hay £45, 1 half etaek of hay £15 10/-. Implements and sundries sold at 'late marlcet rates. On account D. G.
