The King; in tlianking the delegates to the Imperial Conference for their messages of loyalty and devotion, said: "It is most fitting that tie soleann ceremony of Wednesday is succeeded immediately by your deliberations whdch I will follow with the greatest interest, confident in the hope that they will advance the happiness and prosperity of all peopleB." The message, which was signed George E.I." was in the Majesty's own handwriting.
