WAIPUKURAU CROQUET CLUB'S MEETING
The annual meeting of the Waipukurau Croquet Club was held on li^onday, Mrs. T. G. Given presiding over a good attendance. The president's report was read by the secretary, Mrs. G. Bryce, who also presented the balance-sheet, both disclosing that the club had come through a very successful season. The report and balance-sheet having been adopted, the following officers were elected: — President, Mrs. J. Hinclman; vice-president, Mrs. L. Hawke; Captain, Miss N. Main ; vice-captain, Mrs. E. Taylor; comoiittee, Mesdames J. Bendeich, T. G. Given, E. McLean, Towusend, Brasell, H. Hopkinson; hon. secretary and treasurer, Mrs. W. G Bryce; green supervisor, Mr. J. Hindman. A vote of thanks was accorded the outgoing- officers.
