A Test for Mortgagors
"VICTIM."
(To the Editor). Sir, — In these days, when farmers are applying for relief from their obligations to their# mortgagees and other s, it might not be out of place for the Gourt to inquire as to what extent their difficulties are brought about by their own idleness. A certificate from their neighbours saying what effort, if any, these men have made over a period of years to keep their boundary fences in some sort of reasouable repair migat be of ' assistance in determining fhe question whether or not some of these men are in the wrong job. — Yours, etc.,
Havelock N., May 10, 1937.
