Central H.B. Touraamsnt Teams from all parts of Hawke'i Bay, ineluding Hastings, Napier andDannevirke, are taking part in a Rugby football seven-a-side tournament at Waipukurau to-day. This is the annual tournament of the Central Hawke'i Bay Rugby Sub-Union. The weather is cloudy, but not wet.
