RESCUING REFUGEES
French Ships Sail from Bilbao (Received 11, 8.45 a.m.) BILBAO, May 10. The French steamers Carimare, Ohateau Margaux and Chateau Palmer, accompanied by armed trawlers and under the protection of the sliore batteries, departed for Pauillan with 2200 aged people, women and children refugees. French destroyers safeguarded tljp convoy outside territorial waters.
