A Havelock correspondent writess — The Havelock troop is unable to function at present for lack of a Scoutmaster, our former oue, Mr. E. Bligh, being unable to continue, and the coramittee are unahle to find a successor. Should any Havelock Tesident be able and williug to head the troop the committee would be delighted to hear from him, Our ehairman is Mr. A. B. Greenwood and our secretary Mr. Crie Phillips.
