Sir Hubert Wilkins Plans 1 > (Received 7, 1.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 6. Sir Hubert Wilkins has arrived at Southampton. He said work begun at Bedford on the engine and electrical fittings for his submarine, and the contract for the .hull was being placed shortly. The submarine will be used for Arctic explorations.
