Company to Build Planes In Australia (Eeceived 7, 11.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, May 7. An aircraft mantxfacturing company, the Airplane constructfon Development PfOprietary Ltd., is tO be formcd in Australia, with Sir Alan Cobham as one of the directors. This decision of the directors of Airspeed Ltd., England, was conveyed to Mr Stuart Doyle who said that at first the latest aefdplanCs would be imported into Australia, then plant would be established for the aasembly of machines in Australia. As soon as the technical personnel had been built up, the factory would be equipped for the cOmplete constructxon of machines. It is intended to establish a plant which will enable the company to supply commercial needs and tender also for the supply of machines to the Eoyal Australian Air Porce.
