(Eeceived 7, 11.30 a.m.) BILBAO, May 6. Four thousand refugees, mainly children, were evacuated aboard the Babana and the steam-yacht Saizek Oizarra. Government waxships escorted the refugee ships to the three-mile limit, where they handed them over to the Eoyal Oak and two British desttoyers It is repOrted that ihe insurge'nt Almirante Cervera appeared put of the mist and endeavoured to cross the course of the Eoyal Oak, which signailed the Cervera,. which then tUrUOd back. The British Coxisul at Palma transmitted to Londoh the Spanish Insurgent's. Admiral 'e waming that he is mining a four-mile belt in the ueighbourhood of Bilbao, Santander, Gijon and Aviles.
