ELECTION OF COMMITTEE

^ No election was required in .connection with the appointment of the - Napier Intermediate School Committee for the ensuing year, because the nominations did not exceed the number of* seats. At the annual general meeting last night the following committee was duly appointed: Dr. W. D. FitzGerald and Messrs. H. E. Bisley, W. J. Irelaiid, E. F. Laing, J. S. Tonkin and E. A. Wood. Three members representing outside school distriets are tp be elected tonight, bringing the number of the committee up to nine.
