0 The Annual Report The membership of the Hastings branch of the British Music Society has inCreased during the year to 95 ■ members, states the secretary 's report which will be presented at the annual meeting to be held in the Hastings Borough Council Chambers to-morrow night.' All the groups were well attended, the report adds, and the year has proved quite a successful one. The balance-eheet shows a credit of £7 13/6. During the year a change was made in the meeting-place for concerts owing to increased cost. The usual four concerts were held — a lecture-recital by H. Temple- White and Myra Sawyer on April 20. a recital of Hebridean songs by Miss Eussell-Fergusson on July 29. a pianofor'te and vocal recital by Michael Head on October 6 and the de Maunay Trio on December 6.
