WELLINGTON, Last Night. No agreement was reached in Cort- ' ciliation Cpuncil to-day when negqtiations for a new award in the woollen and hosiery manufafturing industries were resumed, Minor points only were settled, major issues being referred to the Court of Arbitration, ' "Both sidfcs naturally are anxious to take the case to Court as soon as possible," said the Oopciliation Commissioner, Mr. M. J. Reardon, at the conclusion of proceedings, "but owing to the number of unsettled dispufes down for hearing and the fact that there ia : no Judge yet available, it is diffieult to say when a fixture will be obtained."
