Hastings Borough Activities A general all-round increase in the various licences issued' by the Traffic Department of the Hastings' Borough Oduncil, together with an increase of neartv £350 in iees, is noted in the annttal report presented by the inspector. Mr D. Mann, who reeorda the fact that for the very favourable position disclosed by the report on the work. performed by the department, the credit is mainly due to his predecessor, Inspector Crawford.
