LONDON HOSPITALS CUP

The final Rugby match for the London Hospitals Cup, played between teams representing St Mary's Hospital and Guy's Hospital, was marked by the brilliant play of W. E. Henley, the ex- Wanganui and Otago representative, who played in the St. Mary's forwards. Henley placed St. Mary's ahead in the first half with a magnificent penalty kick from 50 yards out, this proving the turning point of the match. St. Mary's, which was led by H. G. Owen-Smith, all All-England captain and fullback, won by 11 points to 4.
