RIFLE SHOOTING
Napier Miniature Club The opening of the ■ championship series of the Napier Miniature Rifle Club' at the Artillery Barracks was attended by 53 members. There were some very good scotes put on by new members, many of whom had not previously used a rifle. The best scores for the men's seotion went ,to R, Mundy ,and L. Bradley witji 97 ok the rifle, while Mias Newland was top for the ladies with 80, followed olosely by Miss Carswell with 79. The following are the gross scores: — P. Mayo, F. Strong, A. Fras9r, A.
