GAMES AT WAIPUKURAU
Central Park, Waipukurau, should provide an attractive programme again to-morrow -afternoon, when two senior Rugby games, Old Boys v. Porangahau and Waipukurau v. Otane, will be played. In addition, the two local junior teams, Old Boys and Waipukurau, will meet. ..A special committee of th© Central Hawke's Bay Sjub-Union, set up to promote the forthcoming Queen Carnival, met last evening, and formulated plans for the organisation of and prelimihdry steps in the function. These will be put into operation at ouce. The seven-a-side tournament on Coronation Day was also the. subject of discussiou, and the eheouraging nomber of 22 entries was mentioned as having been received even ut this date. .
