HASTINGS MATCHES
At Nelson Park, Hastings, to-mor-row, four of the local teams will be eeen in action. On No. 1 ground at 3 p-m- M.A.C. meet Hastings H.S.O.B
in the main attraction. The Maoris have been playing thrilling Rugby of late and, led by Reid, Jackson and Co. will give Old Boys a great battle. The Old Boys will have the services of ' Devine, the Wairarapa representative, to strengthen their backs, and if they are at the top of their form a very evenly contested game will result. On No. 2 ground, Hastings will meet Havelock North. The young Hastings team are moulding into a gjood combination at present, and if up to their form of previous xpaiches, will keep the villagers busy. Havelock are improving every game and may surprise the Hastings team. A very even contest can be expected, with the result in doubt. For the early arrivals a junior game will be played on No. 1 ground between Havelock North and Haumoana, and a third grade gam& on No. 2 ground between Hastings and H-S.O.B.
