Increased Allowance For Prince Henry £6000 FOR PRINCESS

(Beceived 30, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 29. The Daily Mail's political correspondent says that a special allowance of at least £6000 a year for Princess Elizabeth until she comes of age and an increased allowaiice for H.R.H. the Duke of Glouceeter, who at present receives £25,000, in recognitxon of the extra duties he has to perform in the absence of a Prince of Wales, are among the recommendations Of the select Committee on the new Civil List, whose report is now completed. The Queen and Queen Mary will each receive allowances of £70,000. Other recommendations follow closely the provisions made for the Eoyal Family in George V.'e reign. The report contains no references to any allowance for the Duke of Wind' sor.
