Participation of Dominions (Received 20. 10.35 a.m.) LONDON, April 28. Canada has notified her intention of participating in the Erapire Exhibition in Scotland. Officials state that they hope Canada's example will speedily bp followed by other Dominions. It will bo the biggest exhibition since Wembley. "We want to make it fully reprc sentative," they said*
