MRS. SIMPSON'S DECREE
Developments Awaited (Received 29, 8.45 a.m.) " LONDON, April 28. The Daily Mai! says Mrs Simpson | ohtained her ' decree nisi six months j ago to-day and is competent to apply for an 'order' on Monday, -but no steps have as yet heen ta-ken towards that end. The Duke of Windsor will remain at Appesbach till the decree is made absolute.
