In the course of the experiments iioads were made to grow on the taila uf adulf tadpoles from undifEerentiated connective tissue, revealing the xesidence, in the bodies of all living things, of the sculptor of life, who, if provided with the proper clay and favourable working conditions, could make new bodies of old and regenerate an individual again and again. . Dr. Sehotte said: ' 'When man definitely isolates the sculptor and learns how to put hira to work, possibly in the nest 50 or 100 years, he will to all Intents and purposus have learned the lecret of immortality."
