Restrictions Lifted Next Monday In view of the atnnouncement mad# yesterday that schools would reopen on Monday it has been thought by a great many people that the restrictions in regard to children, attending the picture thebtres would have Been lifted to-day. The position is that the re* striction will not be lifted until Monday, when on and after that date child* ren of all ages will h^ nd.raitted to the theatres. ^
