Season's Prospects Look Bright

NORSEWOOD, This Day. The annual meeting of the Norsewood Ladies' Hockey Club vwas held in the reading room, when there was a very fair representative attendance of old members and intending members. The report and balance-sheet were submitted, the former showing that the club had had a very successful season. Thie balanCe sheet showed a small credit balance. At the prospects for the ensuing season were favourable it was decided to enter a team in the Dannevirke competitions. The eJection of officers for the ensuing year resulted: Patrcxn, Mr P. N. Dalberg. president, Mr J. R. Thompson; club captain, Miss Molly Murphy; vicexcaptain, Miss Joan Brabazon; secretary and treasurer, Miss Florwnce Read; coach, Mr L. Schwabe; selectors, Messrs Bennett and Schwabe.
