(Reeeived 24, 8.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 22. The Daily Mail says that the Duke of Windsor's solicitor, Mr. A. G. Allen, has requested William Helnemann, Ltd., publisher's of "Coronation Commentary," by Geoffrey Dennis, to withdraw the hook and publish a suitable apology, on the ground that it lihels the Duke. Otherwise a writ for libel may be issued. Dennis was an Oxford undergraduate at the same time as the Duke and is about to end his League career by representing the Secretary-General at the education conference in Australia and New Zealand.
