£5 Fine For Negligent Driving A fine of £5. and, ihe endorsement of his licence was the penalty imposed npon Herman Ronald von Dadelszon, of Havelock North, when he was charged in the Hastings Court this morning with negligent driving. The .' charge arose out of a collision which occurred betw'een defendant and another car on the Napier-Havelock road. Defendant did not appear, but pleaided guilty through his counsel, Mr. W S.
