WAIPAWA, This Day. The death took place in the Waipukurau Hospital last night of Mr John Rose, qf " Lindsay, Waipawa, after an illness extending over Several weeks. The late Mr Rose took up a farm on the Lindsay settlement some eighteen years-ago and had resided there until his death. Of a retiring disposition, Mu Rose w&s well Jiked and. respected. Besides his widow, he leaves three daughters, Mrs H. Kirkham (Palmerston North), Miss G. Rose (Waipawa.) and Miss Rose (Waipukurau), 'and two sons, Messrs D. Rose (Waipawa) and J. G. Rose (Ongaonga). .
