U.S. Senator Introduces Bill (Received 21, 8.45 a.m.) WASHINGTON, April 20. Senator Walsh has introdueed in the Senate a Bill for the building of six auxiliary naval vessels during the year. The cost is 48,000,000 dollars and comes under the seaplane, destroyer, submarine, tenders and minesweeper fleet and tug and oiler part of the programme which will ultimately cost 176,000,000 dollarsSenator Edwin Johnson said the Bill would provide for a fleet of 10,000 qeroplanes. It would also provide for army, navy and marine reserve units and the gradual training of 100,000 regular and reserve fliers.
