Messrs Harvey. FuJton -and Hill report having held their usual weekly market sale last Saturday in their .nart in Russell street, Hastings, when there was again a very large attendance of the public. The entries in all sections were extremely large and the demand being keen the whol© of the large yarding cbanged hands at satisfactory rates. There wa.s tlie largest yarding of poultry _ since Easter and the demand for all sorts being very good, pullets making as high as 7/6 .jach. A large eonsignment of iron and timber was sold to keen competition and any clients having this eJass of goods for disposal would be well grlvised to forward same into us for sale and we can assure them thev will he higlily gratified with the results obtained.
