(Received 20, 1.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 19. An emergency ration of two lumps of sugar will be supplied to the 32,000 troops engaged in procession duty on Coronation Day. The men lining the route will be on duty from 5 a.m. until late in the afternoon, during which time they will be unable to get a j square meal; consequently, as sugar acts as a stimulant they will be permitted fo eat a lump if they feel faint or fatiguedThe troops lining the streets will also receive a haversack ration of a cheese r'oll, a bar. of chocolate, a rockcake and two apples. Troops marching in the prooession will be issued with marching chocolate and, in addition, a lump of 6ugar. The King has approved the Coronation silver medal with conjoint busts of Their Majesties on the- obverse and the Royal cypher and date on the reverse. It will be worn with a ribbon of red, white and blue. Nine thousand will be distributed throughout the Empire as a personal souvenir of the King to persons in the Crown serviees.
