DUNEDIN, April 19. a statement that since April 1 thc Rev, C. G, Scrimgeour, Director ofj Commercial Broadcasting, had beenj placed on & fixed salary was made reJ cently by Mr, A. F. Moncur, M.P.j (Labour, Rotorua), in an address in hisf electorate. Mr. Moncur said that itj was no eeeret that station 1ZB wonldi yield the Government at least £15,000 1 in the first year. ; This Btatement was referred to the| Aeting Minister in charge of .
