United Club Meets The annual general meeting. of the United Hockey Club was presided over by Mr H. B. Poppelwell. A- proposal that subscriptions be 10/-, reducable to 7/6 if paid by the end of junq, was carried. The election of "officers rcsulted as follows:— Patron, Mr H. J. Fourneau; •president, Mr H. B. Poppelwell; vicepresidents, Messrs W. R. Davis, S. O. Garland, W: G. Lyncli, D. Ogilvie, G. Luttrell, J. W; Palmer, D. Campbell, R. Hunt, H. McKerrell, A. Bradshaw, A. H. Hayes; secretary and treasurer, Mr J. McNab; auditor, Mr L. J. Fisher; ' executive, Messrs S. O 'Neill, D. Lynch, W. Boyle, R. Cullinane, A. Dunn, M. Boyle, H. B. Poppelwell and J. McNab.' . The matter of delegates to the Hastings Sub-Association was left in the hands of the" executive to arrange. * Several new members were enrolled, and tbe club considers itself very fortunate in securing the services of a coaclx for the junior team for the coming season. It wa^ also decided that an honorary list will he compiled fo' the club's keeping.
