DUNEDIN, This Day. Tbe first prosecution for failing to secure a warrant of fitness took place in the Police Court, when the police were not seeking a penaltys Jamos Earl Gibson was convicted and discharged for failing to secure a warrant for a motor truck. A warning was issued that all hiotorists neglecting the regu,lation Would be prosecuted.
