Returned Soldiers To Be Honoured J ANZAC DAY INNOYATION The Mayor and Oouncillorg of Hastings have decided to extend to the Hastings Returned Soldiers' Aseociation an invitation to a complimentary tea at tho conclusion of the Anzac Day service on Sunday, April 25. In ' making this announcement this morning the Mayor, Mr G. A. Maddison, said that it had been decided to make this gesture because this year was the 21st anniversary of the organisation and by a happy comcidence it was also Coronation year. "Under these circumstances we felt that it would be fitting to mark this eoming Anzac Day as a 6pecial occasion, and at the same time indicate appreciation of ' the services given the communlty and the nation by returned soldiers," he said.
