PRIZE FOR AVIATRIX
Miss Jean Batten Awarded Harmon Trophy HER SECOND SUCCESS (Received 13, 1.5 p.m.) SYDNEY, April 13. Miss Jean Batten has received advice that she has been awarded th? Harmon Trophy for 1936, wbich carries with it the ti'tle " World' s Greatest Airwoman". It is for her flight from England to New Zealand. The trophy, which is awarded by the lrigue Internationale des Aviateurs,, at Paris, after an international vote has been taken, is aceompanied by a gold medal given by the King of the Belgians. Miss Batten said: "I am very proud to have won the Harmon Trophy for the second year in succession. It' is a very high honour indeed."
