Indian in Court VICTIM STILL IN HOSPITAL

DUNEDIN, Last Night. the Police Court this morning Jumsheraller, an Indian, was charged on xemajxd with wounding J abic&ller, another Indian, with intent to do grievious bodily harm. The charge arose out of a stabbing affray on the steamer Olivebank on Friday last. Evidence of four witnesses was heard to-day and was translated into Hindustani to enable it to be understood by accused. Jumsheraller was then remanded in eustody until April 26, when it is hoped to obtain the evidence of JabtCaller, the viotim of assault, who is still in hospital on the dangerously ill list.
