Forecast: Light to moderate northeast to northerly winds, later freshening somewhat and turning to-morrow to southerlies. Weather: Cloudy to overcast and scattered rains probable; temperatures becoming cooler. Seas: Light to moderate with a northerly swell. THE SUN.
