The Prime Minister's attention waa drawn in the House of Commons to a speeeh on co-operation between the nations of the world, and he was asked if he would consider extending the scope of the agend'a of the forthcoming imperial conference to include that question. Mr. Baldwin replied: The scope of agenda is, I think, sufficiently wide tc ndmit of genera'l diseussion of this question if representatives at the conference so desire.
