The weekly 500 was held in the Clive Hall on Wednesday evening when there was a record attcndance. , The ladies' first prize was won "by Mrs T. Kenncrlcy with Mrs E. Pell second. The men's prizes were won by Messrs J. Pilcher, F. Smith and Mclntyre, who tied for first. A savoury supper was Served by the ladies' "committee at the close -of play.
