■ o >■ j, H.S.O.G. Club Meets Thp annual general meeting of ihe H.S.O,G» Basketball Club was held in tbe office of Mr E. A. Muriey, Queen street. There was a good attendance, the club captain, Miss G, Symes, being in the chair. The annual report was jead by the isecretary as followg: "Four teams were entered in the competitipns, there being two Thursday a^d two Saturday, Thursday A. team played many successful games and were unfortunate to come third in tbe competition. Satur day A. also played well, but their combination was upset by changes in the team. They were successful, however, in winniiig the June 23 tournament, for which we congratulate tbem, Saturday B. generally fleldpd sjiort and play was altogether unsatisfactory for all concemed. "Our congratulations go to Gladys Symes, Flora Struthers and Audrey O'Meara on being selected for repre» sentative honours.
