Bert MeRay $1 14/0, eosts 10/-; Hector Jones Electricai Co, Ltd. v. W. Wilson £5 14/3, costs £1 10/6; Rogers Helleur and Le Pine v. Qecil P. Baker £2 2/-, costs £1 4/6. . Judgment summonses. — Joseph Henry Hiron was ordered to pay International Goueegsipns Ltd- £20. 4/6 forthwith, in default 22 days ' imprisonment. Rex Paviour was ordered fo pay thc Hawke's Bay and East Coast Aero Club £3 12/6 fqrthwith, in default four days' imprisonment. Nick Cooper' was ordered to pay £17 7/6 to Feter Antony at the rate of £1 a month until De-. cember and the halance by Beeember 31, in default 18 days' imprisonment.
