_ Procuring liqour, while l^ng a prohibited person, Horace Al"ed Siirikm was fined £l with 10/- costs by Mr J. Miller, S.M., at the Hastings Magistrate's Qourt yesferday morning. Found in the Albert Hotel after hcrars. Eric Ciaudo Eriksen and Fredr erick William Davidson were each fined £1 with 10/- costs. Driving a motor vehiole, the brakes of which were. ipefficient', was tbe charge made by the Borough Traffio Inspector (Mr D. Manu) against Charles E. Lowe, who wrdte pleading guilty, He was fined £1 with 10/- costs. Parking a car in front of a vehieular entrance in Hastings street was the charge made by the Borough Traffic Inspector (Mr D. Mann) against Alfred John Price and also. against Denig Wilson Hurstliouse. Both wrote pleading guilty. The inspector said that the two cars completely blocked the entrance and a resident was unable to drive his car through. Each w^£jfinedJ5/S with 10/* costs.
