POPORANGI CLUB
The week-end shoot of the Poporangi ltifle Club was held under diflicult couditions. D. Oaswell, A. Anderson, and W. Simmous tied for Mr J. N. Sorenson's trophy, and Mr W. Tankersley '& tropliy was won by R. Anderson. The aggregate over four shoots (Whanakino trophy) .was \vo« by W. Simmous Scores: — -
Next week will be the first round of Mr C. E. N. Smit.li 's trophy, and also a club trophy. The following are to Qompete against Takapau on 11th inst.: — J. Hastie, L. Averill, J. Sorensen, W. Tankersley, C. T. Nelson-Smitli, W. Simmons, A. Beattie, D. Caswell, P. Walker; emergencies, B. Jackson and J. Kirk.
