TWYFORD,' -Last Night. The nxonthly meeting- of the Twyford School Committee was > held, those present being Messrs C. Libby (chairman), E. McLeod, F. Salter, P. Jones and the headteacher, Miss Griffithe. With the inereased grant which th.e school now receivesi pictures have been purebased which add to ".the appearanee of the classrooms. Also from the same fund books are to be purcbased-for Ihe. library and otlior outside improvemcnts, are being made. :• The school wae successful in wiuning both cups in conneetion with the calf club at tlie recent Autumn Show. Several accounts were passed for payment.
