WELLINGTON, This Day. The appointment of Mr L. B. Hutton as assistant general manager of the Wellington City Corporation Tramways and Electricity Department at a salary of £1000 a year was announced at a meeting of the City Council. Mr Hut?on is' at present district electrical engineer of the Southland power supply undertalcing of the Public Works Department. ' '
